A group of Russian hackers called Cyber Berkut have released a video showing a staged ISIS beheading, hacked from an electronic device from one of the staff of U.S. Senator John McCain.
The fake ISIS execution appears to take place inside a film studio and shows a ‘prisoner’ (played by an actor) going through the motions of being ‘executed’ in front of several video cameras.
Another actor is dressed as an ISIS executioner who puts a knife to the throat of the prisoner and goes through the motions of cutting him.
Recall that since August 2014, the terrorists of the Islamic State have released several videos of executions. Their victims were yet miraculously calm, made their last words and died in the arms of terrorists. Many Internet users have seen these videos as being fictional, particularly because of the reactions of the tortured and the quality of the videos.
The Americans have repeatedly been blamed for having made videos of the group the Islamic State. Thus, a student from the University of Nevada Ivy Zidrich stated to Jeb Bush that his brother, the former a US president George Bush, had created the Organization of the ISIS.
Sometimes, everyone does wonder if the atrocities of ISIS are real, they are so depraved. Right in this forum a few weeks ago, there was the story on the first woman beheaded by ISIS. I figured there had been many more before than this “1st one”.
All I know is the ISIS boys don’t claim they’re being falsely accused. They’re proud of what they’re doing.

With all of the real (?) executions, why would anyone stage such an event? (short of being a scene in a Hollywood movie)

Here’s my thought: ISIS is sophisticated. They want a “clean message,” so they film parts in the studio. If the victim acts up, or they screw up the message... TAKE TWO! If the victim refuses to cooperate, they stop filming for the day, torture the guy, threaten his family, and then try again. Rinse, repeat until they get a video showing they are “in control.”
Then, once they got the vid they want, they do the messy stuff off camera.
However, there are lots of raw videos of atrocities where they haven’t bothered to stage it much. They just set the guy on fire and film away.
That is true; however like the article says, at times, those who are to be executed look too calm, they really do, to be facing being beheaded.

My only point, is one does wonder some, when they show them lining up say, 16 people on their knees, why those on their knees are not struggling more. But ex-military are going over to fight ISIS, so they certainly are convinced.
220,000 are documented to be killed in Syria since 2011, the breakout of hostilities. So, that is a ton of people and probably about 6 million refugees. There’s no doubting this.

One explanation I’ve heard is that the victims may be heavily drugged and incapable of making a scene.

Questions have been asked before about ISIS videos. This one, from a British newspaper.
On the less respectable blogosphere, there was someone who analysed the pilot being burned alive, and claimed it was a fake. I could not make up my mind, but I did think he raised valid questions.
Very complicated and strange, the whole thing.
