They are everywhere, but one day at this one spot they were on every corner and in groups, as I waited for the light to turn (locked doors of course)I saw a car come by, drop some lunch bags to those on one side, went up turned around and dropped lunches off to the other corners.

I am beginning to think this is much like a prostitution RING and their pimps drop them off every morning, feed them lunch, etc. They probably have a quota as well.

This was about 2 or 3 years ago. Yeah, he’s still up and running. Although he lives in the past. I try to get him to talk about Merv Griffin (I live in the past as well) and all he wants to talk about is the Rosenbergs.

We have them in Eastern Iowa also.
