When I see them I remember who they are.
For those who don’t know or remember Jim Webb, He served as a United States Senator from Virginia, Secretary of the Navy under Reagan, Assistant Secretary of Defense, again under Reagan, congressional staffer, and Marine Corps officer. In the private sector he has been an Emmy-award winning journalist, a filmmaker, and the author of ten books.
He is 69 years old.
I’m sure he figures that with Hillary tanking and the only other competition being an 85 year old socialist, the field is pretty wide open.
And what difference, Mr. Webb, do you offer? Are you only communist-lite?
Is he looking for a gig on cable news? Soon he can call himself “former presidential candidate” and make the big bucks.
Hell, I might as well run ... you too. Nobody has heard of either of us, but that doesn’t matter in this race.

No surprise here. Several Democrats were saying this already last year, believe he has a much better chance than Hillary even though one of his novels has been criticized for being “child porn.”
Unfortunately, the same will be said for republicans soon.
