I have an important public service announcement for everyone who changed their Facebook and other profile photos to a rainbow recently. Absent some massive desire for more color in your life, you probably did this to celebrate the United States Supreme Court magically creating a constitutional "right" to a marriage license for gay people. Didn't you?

I suppose you think this makes you quite tolerant, and forward thinking, but it doesn't. I imagine you think you're advancing freedom, but you're not. You probably feel really good about yourself for helping gay people gain acceptance in society, but that's not even remotely close to what you're actually doing.

By making this display, you have done nothing but tell the world that you are a useful idiot.

Actually, it means they are the type of people who wait to see which side is going to win, and then jump on that side of the fence and pretend that they were always there.

Kids are stupid. Anything to be a part of the crowd. That's the fast fading but ubiquitous fad of tattoos. Painful and ugly, but they became part of a tribe.

I wouldn't doubt that's why a lot of fags become fags. They're just desperate to "belong."

When I was a "kid", hippies were cool. So, those of us who just wanted to look "cool" grew our hair long (as long a dad would let me, which wasn't very long) and went around barefoot. Long hair was a hassle and barefoot was painful, but it was cool. We belonged.

I think faggism isn't totally unlike the above. Dikes too ugly to find a guy. Guys too dorky to find a broad. Maybe.

So in line with the facebook rainbow thing, people are trying to be hip.

LOL! Supporters united. I’m aghast at all the rainbow overlays I’m seeing. So, my question is, if you don’t use the rainbow overlay, are you declaring yourself a hater? The way things are going these days, I wouldn’t doubt it. Disagreement actually means hate. Or something. DHS is Department of Homosexual Security? Affirmative action for one group is discrimination for another.

I know FaceBook id erasing posts defending the right to belief in trainload marriage.

Marriage should only occur in passenger cars, not freight; one could say it would be a freightening experience.

Don't you just love computers who are smarter than you? :-)

While I used to take to social media and post and rant about decisions such as this - I kept my mouth shut this time. Something about ‘Let he who is without sin cast the first stone’. But I did feel compelled to do something - so my FB profile pic is now the Christian Flag.

Sad the number of people out there who don’t have a clue that’s what it is.

Seems like STD’s are Homophobic. They choose to infect otherwise innocent, saintly and pure Homosexuals at an astonishingly higher rate than ‘Normal” people.

But according to the CDC, it may actually be the fault of “Normal” people because “Normal” people make Homosexuals feel bad about themselves and thus timid about seeking medical health when their penis starts to turn rainbow colors because they were Born with an urge to drive it down a one way alley...the wrong way.

Excellent idea about modifying Facebook information feeds.
It is mostly heterosexual liberals jumping up and down as if their lives changed.

My employer is going crazy with rainbow everything, too.
They will undoubtedly question me on my "lack of LGBT enthusiasm" and simply opting to do my job in a quiet and professional manner.
