Excellent idea about modifying Facebook information feeds.
It is mostly heterosexual liberals jumping up and down as if their lives changed.

My employer is going crazy with rainbow everything, too.
They will undoubtedly question me on my "lack of LGBT enthusiasm" and simply opting to do my job in a quiet and professional manner.

My children and I were talking about what employers might do to them if forced to wear something homosexual and you refuse? Starbucks has a T shirt rainbow color with Pride across the front. They have not made my daughter in law wear it yet, but what if she refuses? What if an employer has pins made with rainbows and his companies name, and you are required to wear them?
