Lesbian Wisconsin Senator: First Amendment Makes Clear Christians Must Participate In Gay Weddings
PatDollard.com ^ | June 28, 2015 | Spit Stixx

What she’s saying is that the First Amendment means that you can believe in your heart and mind what you want, but you can’t act on it without federal permission, as far as religion goes. As to her point about a religious objection to providing medical care, Christianity doesn’t allow for letting gays die by refusing them medical care, so that’s a red herring. Big difference between refusing to participate in a wedding and depraved heart manslaughter by refusing to save a life.

“Certainly the first amendment says that in institutions of faith that there is absolute power to, you know, to observe deeply held religious beliefs. I don’t think it extends far beyond that. We’ve seen the set of arguments play out in issues such as access to contraception. Should it be the individual pharmacist whose religious beliefs guides whether a prescription is filled, or in this context, they’re talking about expanding this far beyond our churches and synagogues to businesses and individuals across this country. I think there are clear limits that have been set in other contexts and we ought to abide by those in this new context across America.” – Sen. Baldwin

I am considering Friday’s ruling to be an open declaration of war by the United States Government against it’s own people. It no longer makes a veneer of serving We the People, it is an enemy occupying force.

As the founder of my denomination famously said “Here I stand, I can do no other”. Secular law can never force me to violate God’s law. They can kill or imprision me, but they cannot take God away or force me to deny Him.

I have come to believe that nuclear war will happen. It will happen because there are no true believers left in the cities. Fires in baskets (nuclear warheads) will be carried by giant scrolls (ballistic missiles) and entire cities shall be burned to the ground.

I don’t think so. To do so would require all religions to perform G marriage ceremonies...including Muslims. Don’t think that would go over well with them.

So you wish for the deaths of a lot of innocent people? When God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, He did not destroy innocents. Let us pray for another way, in this age of Grace; that God will change the hearts and minds of those who have gone so far astray.

“Nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof” she didn’t read that part, did she?

Liberals can't really read, Dark. It explains the SCOTUS pretty well.

I would say yes, if you don’t like that, get
another pharmacist, there are plenty more.
That’s the great thing about America, or was.

Well, that didn't take long, did it? I wonder if this changes the minds of "religious" people in Wisconsin and across he nation who reportedly answer polls by saying they could vote for a "gay" POTUS, considering that POTUS names judges.

They aren't just after bakers, caterers and pizza joints, any more, are they?

Next up: Bruce and Lance DEMAND to be married at St. Patrick's Cathedral in NY by Cardinal Dolan or wherever by Franklin Graham or in Brooklyn by an Chassidic rabbi OR ELSE!

Or Bruce and Lance and their dog Bowser? Or your dog Bowser? Or Twelvesomes?

It is beginning to look like the Roman Empire of Caligula or Nero every day. It is a good thing we don't have the office of Consul near the top of the heap or they would name their pet horses. Come to think of it the last two SCOTUS appointments have proven to be skunks and give off a similar aroma.

Freedom of association is implied in the first amendment right of the people to peaceably assemble. It also implies a ri ght to not associate.

If association becomes compulsory, then next we will be ordered to attend Obama speeches.
