The Supreme Court is wrong. It’s pretty simple. They’re wrong. They’ve been wrong many times in the past, and seem to be wrong with an increasing regularity these days.
They were wrong yesterday when they announced that the federal government can offer Obamacare subsidies even though the law expressly gives that power to the states. They were wrong two years ago when they decided that the federal government has the right to force American citizens to buy a product from an insurance company. They were wrong 40 years ago when they said mothers have a constitutional right to murder their children. And they were wrong today when they took out their magical magnifying glass and found, perhaps transcribed in microscopic code on the fibers of the Constitution, a mysterious entitlement to homosexual marriage.
They were wrong, but our culture doesn’t care because it long ago stopped asking its leaders to be right. And it certainly doesn’t care about the law, which is why liberals have been able to make the Constitution into an indecipherable mystic scroll that morphs to accommodate the fashionable ideologies of the day. As such, it is dead. It might as well not exist.
So, despite the fact that neither marriage nor homosexuals are explicitly or implicitly or actually or metaphorically or literally mentioned in the Constitution, our nation will now celebrate as a few con artists in black robes pretend all that stuff is in there anyway. Then again, they hardly even pretended this time. The majority opinion legalizing gay marriage across the country and undoing the will of the people and their elected representatives in 14 states reads like a lengthy Facebook post written by a 17-year-old.

My flag, too, FRiend. Let them throw me in jail. Homosexuality is unnatural and not constitutionally protected. Obamacare is unconstitutional.
Oh, don’t you love how the SCOTUS said we can still speak against homosexual marriage? LOL! They just shut off debate COMPLETELY, but we’re still free to mention whatever we want. We have zero recourse short of a constitutional amendment. That’s not democracy. It’s totalitarian crap.

Whenever the court actually feels the need to remind us that... oh by their grace!... we can still advocate for our position, you know there is severe trouble ahead.This is couched like they are doing us a favor. Favors can be revoked.
The thin, torn fiber that is left of the civic structure might show “zero recourse” but to dwell upon that is to forget the God dimension of the situation.
Marriage is as God created it and defined. All other fakers and deviants can exit stage left and take the stairs down to the hot below. God kicked Lucifer out of heaven for his rebellious pride to redesign his role that God did not design him for. A lot of people will join him there no matter the perverted injustice and euphoria. Pity them.
I get the point... saying you CAN do something seems to declare that it is within their bailiwick. That they could make it a CAN’T.
The Supreme Court has been doing this crap for something like 70 or 80 years now. We’re fools for thinking appeals to civility, our votes, and the law/constitution have any bearing on any of this. We’re subjects, not free citizens.
A “Christianized” nation is a two edged thing with respect to believers. It can make it too easy to look like you are carrying on according to God’s will.
Sodomites have about as much chance of entering into the holy state of matrimony as Satan has of being baptized.
Much of that is in the attitude. I think people got lazy and assumed that what was civically okay was just plain okay.
I wish the country could be restored and would do all I can to non-violently help it change, but I despise what we’ve become under the Obama administration. I’ll keep voting for change, but I’m under no illusions anymore. We’re a force for evil in the world now.
The vote that counts is in our heart. And the good candidate is the Lord and the bad one is the devil.

There are natural and universal truths, and one of them is that marriage can only be between one man and one woman. Any other arrangement is a perversion of the natural order. You can call a duck a chicken, but a duck is still a duck regardless of what some wish to call it. The words of human beings mean nothing if those words violate universal truths and the natural order.
I have no doubt of the outcome. If it comes down to being thrown in jail for saying homosexuality is evil and unnatural, so be it. We win—big time—when we’re punished for standing up for what’s morally right. The apostles celebrated their persecution. I don’t want to be persecuted, but if that comes to pass, it’s further evidence that prophecy is fulfilled and time is short. Again, that’s a win in my book!
Cruz filed an amicus brief for allowing the States to make their own decisions about ‘same-sex’ marriage. He does NOT support it.
Homosexuals were free to engage in unnatural, sinful sex acts. No one was stopping them. However, that’s not what this ruling meant. Legal gay marriage means all public institutions and agencies receiving public funds will be forced to say homosexuality is normal and good. Schools nationwide will be forced to teach children that immorality is OK. Anyone receiving government funds will need to bend their knee to this ruling or be punished/cut off.
It’s not about homosexuality, it’s about liberty—the right of Americans to live how they want to live, exercise their religion, and raise their children to be moral citizens.
No real marriage is ever consummated by sodomy.
