Since this doesn’t appear to “roll out” until 2020, a decent Republican president, and I stress decent, because about half of those running to day wouldn’t lift a finger to stop this outrage, would put an immediate stop to it the day he or she takes office.

And won by 7,500 votes, pretty convincing in thinly populated Montana.
