Sara Cowles
COLUMBIA - Service for Sara Davis Cowles, 83, will be held Thursday at 3 p.m at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with burial in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday 6-8 p.m at the funeral home.
Mrs. Cowles, wife of the late Andrew Carson Cowles, died Monday, April 4, 2005. Born in Greer, she was a daughter of the late George A. and Pearl Hendricks Davis. She was a member of Rosewood Baptist Church.
Surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Carson L. Cowles and Tere Walker of Gaston; daughters and son-in-law, Susan C. and Clay Hargis of Gaston and Amelia “Amy” Roof of Columbia; grandchildren, Kasey, Amber, Dylann, Travis, Andrew, Kelsey and Brittany; and two half- sisters. She was predeceased by six brothers and sisters.
The family extends special thanks to Bill Shockey for the love and caring of Mrs. Cowles.

Of course he needs to hang, but he won’t hang any more for the hate crime than he will for the murder. I don’t care what a person’s motivation is for committing a crime as long as he pays the price.

During the 60-70’s and even later we had a number of liberals bitching about all the folks who were institutionalized, so; they started this “deinstitutionalism” movement. Over some 20-40 years many facilities run by the states have shut down. And we have Hilliary saying we need to let criminals out. Obama and pals let illegal killers wander around for years.
