During the 60-70’s and even later we had a number of liberals bitching about all the folks who were institutionalized, so; they started this “deinstitutionalism” movement. Over some 20-40 years many facilities run by the states have shut down. And we have Hilliary saying we need to let criminals out. Obama and pals let illegal killers wander around for years. The left is insane.

That insane liberal action released hordes of homeless people, who are unable to take care of themselves, druggies with no job skills and criminals. Now they are around all of us.
