That’s not going to look so good in the history books. That’s the sign of a dictator.

He has been successful so far, so why wouldn’t he? Judicial Tyranny.. And they will bow to the man who clearly has power over them. I am of course not talking about Obama, he probably cannot tie his own shoes. He is the mouthpiece for someone else.. or even a group of evil- doers.

Instead of a public bullying, why isn’t he resorting to the usual blackmail or bribery? Could it be the usual Chicago-style thuggery isn’t working?

Oh, I'm sure he and his accomplices have been keeping up the pressure, but I was wondering whether he has been told some justices might still rule against him.

I suspect he might also be laying the groundwork for an effort to first, marginalize the justices who vote against him, with a view toward eventually dissolving the Supreme Court and the rest of the judiciary once he becomes absolute ruler. I still suspect he's going to try to stay in office after his term expires, or he and his party are going to ensure that his successor will be a commie dictator.

And it just may be his undoing. Even Roberts must be chafing at his comments. He may turn against obama in a big way.

“Every man should endeavor to understand the meaning of subjugation before it is too late...It means the history of this heroic struggle will be written by the enemy; that our youth will be trained by Northern schoolteachers; will learn from Northern school books their version of the war; will be impressed by the influences of history and education to regard our gallant dead as traitors, and our maimed veterans as fit objects for derision..." In my opinion, he is not worried about the history books. He may be assuming that his name will be stricken, or a footnote at best.

It would be hugely ironic if Roberts felt compelled to rule against the administration just to demonstrate his independence from such flagrant bullying.

Balderdash. The scotus and dear leader are operating off of the same script. Every now and then there has to be some bickering for public consumption.

It’s like an old married couple bickering in front of the kids. You know they’re going to be sleeping together come bedtime.

He is dismantling the separation of powers, one at a time. He’s pretty much nullified Congress by using EOs and getting away with it.

All part of Cloward-Piven - make your objectors look like silly fools, then get rid of them.

I would be shocked if he didn’t try something to stay in office - martial law first, like Hitler did. Then, when the populace is subdued - take over the rest of the government.
