Black Lives Matter, the slogan of the movement that began in earnest after the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., is a lie.
Taken at face value, the phrase is a truism, since obviously all lives matter. But the people who use it as a shibboleth don’t care about black lives per se so much as scoring points against the police.
When there is some awful tragedy involving a cop shooting or harming a young black man (sometimes justifiably, sometimes not), they muster every ounce of their moral dudgeon and stage demonstrations eagerly covered by a sympathetic media. Baltimore was an obsession of the Black Lives Matter crowd and of the news media after the death of Freddie Gray from a terrible injury suffered in police custody.
But now that 35 people have been murdered in the month of May, the highest in a month since 1999, the response has been muted.

It is only black criminal lives that matter.
It’s the usual anti cop, anarchist, no laws, occupy, WTO , police state crowds who use such slogans to promote their own anarchist agenda.
Course they are the first to call the cops when they have had their credit cards stolen, a groups of kids hang outside their house every night,ID theft their own family mugged or raped .
Yep politics trumps everything, then it is race, religion homosexuality .
in point of fact, black lives really don’t matter. If black lives matter were so the cities would have no black on black murders. The black faux leaders would not permit it.
Instead, the black faux leaders profit from black on black murders.

You got that right. The welfare state is purchasing illegitimate children. This has to stop. Poverty could be stopped in one generation.
Just change the law and NOT PAY for illegitimate children, period. Women would then hold their men more accountable, because they could not set up household and “earn a living” by raising their children. The children are slaves because it is their existence which sustains the mother economically.
They can defer and limit their fertility as everyone else has to do. Wait until you find a decent marriageable man, and have the children you can actually provide for. BY DEFINITION you cannot provide for children if someone else is providing you the economic means to support them.
ONE GENERATION of women not being paid for babies will stop this.
Women can still have illegitimate children, they and the father just have to provide for them. For the unfortunate teen, adoption is still an option, and best for the child rather than setting the teen mother up with a household.
This one change would stop the cycle of poverty.
Let’s demand it.
I am pleased that someone has pulled it from the dusty confines of the bottom drawer of their lexiconical filing cabinet and put it to good use.
“Shibboleth” is a well known and used word in Masonic circles.
If you get that your life matters, then you will act in accord with that belief. You will walk the walk. A person who thinks that his life matters will act with dignity and integrity on a consistent basis. A person whose life matters acts with self-discipline and self-control. He pursues a course of productivity and responsibility. He rarely gives in to base and destructive behavior.
A person whose life matters accepts responsibility for his circumstances, his actions and where he is in life. Responsibility goes hand in hand with power. To whom you give responsibility for your life is to whom you grant power. People whose lives matter take power over their lives by accepting responsibility for those lives. A life that matters does not blame others.
A life that matters is a life that lives in appreciation and gratitude rather than resentment, hostility and ingratitude. A life that matters chooses to be productive and is committed to improving itself, its family and the world around it. The person who thinks that his life matters is on a path of growth and improvement. If your life matters, then you will not waste it. You will not waste your time and energy on the nonproductive or destructive, the low and the dark.
A life that matters acts with honor, dignity and respect. Self-respect and respect of others. All lives matter. But all too few actually accept that their life does matters.

In the defense of the poor liberals and demwits, they do believe that black lives matter, but they don't give a **** about black deaths.
Black lives matter to progressives only when they can be used to advance the agenda.
Black lives don’t matter to blacks. This breast beating is all show.
