Things they really need to have:
1) Vehicle barriers, just something that could hinder an attempt to drive a car into the crowd. Parked cars on the approaches usually work well. Such attacks are fairly common and have happened in the US, Canada, Israel, and Europe.
2) Have several people working security. Give them walkie-talkies. And yes, they can legally “profile”, if they see someone who looks like they don’t belong or are up to no good. Not just Muslims, but leftist provocateurs as well. Security should be cc armed, and should also have pepper spray.
3) Have a couple of people with scoped rifles, who if necessary can be deployed out to work as counter-snipers. Likewise a few “pickets” at a far perimeter of the event, on the main approaches, who can see trouble coming from some distance away.
I would love to see a couple of BBQ trailers show up and start cooking in front of the mosque..

Like the soccer hooligans who were the only ones to try to stand up to Islam encroaching in their communities (but didn’t string up the Pakistani Muslim rapists in Rottherham as they deserved), it is the lower class men who’ve been the most discriminated against in multi-culturalism and political correctness who are standing up for society.
Good suggestions but you left out videos. Multiple people should be tasked with videoing the day with as near to real-time uploading to safe storage as possible. If a police riot breaks out, or any kind of violence, the video record should be preserved.
