White teens probably respect authority more and that probably goes to the fact that they have fathers in the home more often than not.
Perhaps a better question is why does 13% of the population cause 50% of the violent crime?

So what’s driving this notion that there is now an “epidemic” of white cops shooting blacks when in the last several decades the numbers of blacks killed by cops are down nearly 75 percent?

For the Dems and the MSM it’s just business as usual. The goal is to hang on for dear life to that 95 to 5 advantage they have with the blacks and to get them really pumped for the 2016 election.
So this sort of talk and more Baltimore-like incidents are a certainty.

Mr. Rock, not hard to figure out why: look at the criminal activity in cities with large black populations like Detroit, Baltimore, southern Chicago, parts of Atlanta and South Central Los Angeles. And the fact most of the young people grew up in broken homes in these areas.
