The GOPe leadership have been bought-off by the US Chamber of Commerce.
Would we expect anything different ?

Remember after the first week of November 2014, so many were gloating “Elections mean something!” and gleefully believed that the GOP victories would turn this nation around?
To: Wisconsinlady
If this leads to gun control and amnesty/increased illegals, the GOPee wiil pay.

Obama , the "Great Negotiator" has already exchanged 1 traitor for 5 active Al Quaeda leaders, plus rumor has it that it included $5 Million dollars (USD).
The last trade deal he offered Korea resulted in a $50 Million dollar deficit.
Do you expect anything different ?
The USA is now a 'service economy' , not a manufacturing economy that we once were.
I, personally, wouldn't let him negotiate my dead cat to a Chinese restaurant-he is untrustworthy! as evidenced by 'over-reach',illegal behavior, and ignoring Law of the Land.

We oppose secret legislation on principle. Who ever heard of such a thing in the USA?! It’s a dictatorship’s control technique , not a governance method in a representative republic. Oh yeah? Remember what similar shenanigans brought us last time, Patriot Act spying on honest American citizens and yes Obamacare destroying our health services?

This presents a real conumdrum for Senator McCain. He wants to continue as one of Obama’s chief butt-wipers, but with another pesky election coming up he also has to make conservative knuckleheads back in AZ keep thinking he’s a Republican fire-breather.

there’s not a rational argument against free trade. what’s a pity is that we feel like we have to have a treaty ensuring it.
. . . and if it pisses off the labor unions, it’s got to have something going for it.

Why the secrecy. I can’t support something I am not allowed to know about. Mark Levin says it is just cover and is really not about trade at all but about rewarding cronies AND about amnesty, etc.

It looks like the Republican congressional victory in 2014 has turned out to have made things worse. "Bipartisanship" gives cover for every destructive piece of legislation.
Someday McConnell and Boehner will have to answer for what they've done. It's something they might want to reflect on between gimlets.

Under fast track authority, the administration could negotiate the final terms of the deal and the final treaty would only be subject to an up or down vote by Congress. The final provisions agreed to by Obama could not be altered. What could possibly go wrong with that?
To: Wisconsinlady
There is MUCH more Congressional opposition than the press would like you to believe.
It is URGENT that you contact your congresscritter an tell them NOT to support Fast Track authority for Obama.
