there’s not a rational argument against free trade. what’s a pity is that we feel like we have to have a treaty ensuring it.
. . . and if it pisses off the labor unions, it’s got to have something going for it.
What could possibly go wrong with sending our manufacturing, money, and technology to the Communists?
“theres not a rational argument against free trade. whats a pity is that we feel like we have to have a treaty ensuring it.”
American manufacturing and jobs have left our shores by the millions, jobs that would have been created numbers in the millions, unemployment is 15 - 20 percent, our balance of payments deficit is in the hundreds of billions, our economic growth has been stagnant and it is all because of free trade. I could keep going on. How often do you buy anything that is manufactured in the United States?
This agreement is not about free trade, and all Obama's pompous statements about opening markets for US products and protecting American jobs will prove just as reliable as:
"If you like your policy, you can keep your policy."
