Humiliation for Obama's election guru in his last campaign: David Axelrod sees Labour shellacked
The Daily Mail ^ | 5/8/2015 | Francesca Chambers

President Obama's campaign mastermind suffered a humiliating end to his political career today as the British Labour party he was paid almost $500,000 to help to victory plunged to a catastrophic defeat.

David Axelrod had been touted as the man to get Labour's Ed Miliband into - and the Conservative prime minister David Cameron out of - Downing Street.

Instead he slunk out of Britain early, as his former Obama campaign colleague Jim Messina, who advised the winning Conservatives, crowed over a victory which had 'stunned the world'.

Axelrod had already vowed that he was 'done with campaigns' after complaining bitterly about the British media and saying: 'Anyone who underestimates Ed Miliband does so at their own peril.'

In fact he appeared to have dramatically over-estimated the Labour leader, who quit this morning saying he took responsibility for the defeat.

Today tweeted that polling was to blame, saying on Twitter:'In all my years as journalist & strategist, I've never seen as stark a failure of polling as in UK. Huge project ahead to unravel it.'

And the famed pollster Nathan Silver was also humiliated by the British election, with his forecast for the result, like every other opinion poll, completely wrong.

“And the famed pollster Nathan Silver was also humiliated by the British election”

****

and that’s why he’s relegated to BSPN amongst his lefty sport jornos. Just because you got the elections right the first time, you think you can get it ALL correctly? I heard from my bud from MGM he used to count cards at the blackjack tables and got caught multiple times.

David Cameron vs. Ed Miliband is kind of like John McCain vs. Barak Hussein Obama. A case of bad vs. worse. I’d say that the election turned out as it did because Miliband demonstrated that he would be even worse than the jackass currently in Downing Street.

Here’s the rub. Lizard-face has been working the levers in the US and has our system down to a science - he thought it was transferable. What he failed to factor, is the level of fraud that has been built into the US system by the democrat party nationwide. Labour wasn’t able to manufacture votes in GB as the democrat party can in the US.

Labour’s Campaign slogan was :

“Vote for CHANGE! Vote for HOPE!”

That should have been their first clue that it would be a huge, expensive failure.

I am curious about Nate Silver, who I think does try to get things correct. But maybe thats changed. However, he relies much on other people's polling, and from the midterm elections in 2014, Isreal, and now the UK, they have been basically slanted left and wrong.

I am co-opting "BSPN". Its no longer about sports there and filled with social warriors.

Where else can you have obama and fag athletes as headline news? Now they’re pushing women soldiers on the front page. I thought I was reading sports, not Polutico Sports. You don’t see that on FoxSports.

So Meathead Axelrod led the snit Miliband to an historic defeat. I love the smell of napalmed leftists in the morning.

You don’t get much for $500 000 these days; useless election advice by Axelrod, an hour of platitudes by Bill Clinton. The value of money definitely is not what it used to be.

I more troubled that another Obama advisor was advising the Tories. Either way, they’re screwed. I guess there is a Uniparty in Britain as well.

The lying demagogue blamed British news media, which, he claims, is even more politically biased than -- you guessed it -- Fox News.

I'll seek guidance from those more familiar with British politics than I, but I suspect that the Tories are just as responsible for the "hordes of invading Muslim parasites" as Labour.
