Reports on the terrorist attack on the "Draw Muhammed" art competition in Garland, Texas indicate that the two jihadis, armed with "assault rifles" and wearing "protective gear," were very quickly neutralized (within seconds of initiating their attack) by a Garland traffic cop armed with only a handgun.
The bad guys rolled up at the site, exited their vehicle, and immediately opened fire on a police car at the entrance. They were able only to wound an unarmed security officer before the traffic officer engaged them and terminated the threat (and, in the process, their worthless lives).

Incredible to make that kind of shot under those conditions.

And yet the liberals, in talking about this incident, blame those who would blaspheme Mohammed, rather than condemn those who would kill those who put forth images of Mohammed.
I don’t always understand the reasoning ability of the liberals. We are supposed to be concerned about allegedly offensive images of Mohammed, but “Piss Christ” is hailed as fine art, and liberals cry about how we don’t want to censor such fine art, if anyone expressed disgust about Piss Christ.
For those who may not know, Piss Christ was the name of a photograph showing a crucifix in a jar of urine. The “artist” gave it the name Piss Christ. The “artist” was subsidized by the National Endowment for the Arts to produce such “art”.

Luck plays a role but if you have no discipline or skill, odds are minuscule that you will prevail.
Disregard my previous post. I found the type of handgun that the hero police officer used to take down the terrorists.

“Four SWAT team members with high-powered rifles also fired at the suspects,” but CNN reports that both were killed by the traffic cop armed with a .45 caliber Glock."
More hypocrisy:
I was talking to a lib about Memories Pizza and how they were targeted,
and the lib said they “needed to be targeted”.
It’s even more impressive when you consider that they were wearing ‘protective gear’ which (assuming that this means body armor) is at least somewhat effective against pistols.
Let’s give this guy props for training and skill, though I don’t doubt some luck entered into it.
It all depends on distance. A man with a pistol against a rifleman firing from 100 yards away is in trouble. A man with a rifle inside an elevator with a man with a pistol is likewise in trouble.
If the terrorists had waited until the crowd was streaming out, got out of their vehicle from 50 yards away, and opened fire on the crowd while using their car as cover, there would likely have been casualties on our side.
