The Baltimorons think that by bringing charges, people will calm down, but unless the officers involved are drawn and quartered, they will riot after the trial.
If they are smart, they will prepare for world war 3. And any city where they fear associated rioting.

Depraved-heart murder:

In most states, depraved-heart killings constitute second-degree murder.
However, It seems as though some charges are warranted (I posted the below on another thread).

Mosby mentioned 2 facts that caught my attention:
1) Cops pursued him on foot. When they caught him, Gray said he couldn’t breathe & asked the cops for an inhaler.
That info could only have come from the cops themselves.
2) The knife he was carrying was legal.
It’s getting downright ugly on one of those threads. If you go, take a tarp or some rain gear along to keep from getting splattered.

From what I do know, that knife would be consider in states such as NY and CT to be illegal, but legal in MD.

TY. What a mess. A fair trial is going to be hard to come by. Mosby chose not to take the evidence to a grand jury. Think that was a political decision.
