Agree with everything you said, but listen to Mosby statement.

Some of *those* additional facts she mentions could only have come from the arresting officers.

http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/prosecutor-probable-cause-believe-freddie-grays-death-homicide_935631.html

On just that basis (what info came from the arresting officers themselves), I conclude 2 things:

1) the arresting cops had no probable cause (although I understand that, after chasing him down for no reason other than that he ran upon making eye contact with cops, that the cops could have made an honest mistake in thinking his knife was illegal)

2) Gray verbalized enough info-—at least 2 times that he couldn’t breathe-—to warrant medical help.

In the eyes of the law, my very non-expert opinion is that the cops are guilty of something-—exactly what those charges would be, I don’t know enough about the law to articulate specifically.

Then there is the matter of Gray’s death.

I have seen no evidence that the cops physically abused Gray-—none whatsoever.

Gray died a WEEK after his arrest-—after he had surgery.

When did he first get medical attention?
What were his injuries?
What condition necessitated Gray’s surgery?
What prior conditions did he have?

One more point: Mosby mentioned the seatbelts (the lack of harnessing Gray) FIVE or SIX times in her presser.

That leads me to think that establishing the nexus between Gray’s arrest and his death being due to a willful crime committed by the police is by far the weakest part of her case;

I.E., I doubt she can even prove that failure to restrain him in a seatbelt caused his death.

Many of the medical questions will never be revealed until trial.

And THAT is the rub! America, Baltimore residents, the professional agitators, and the obama adm is left to speculate as wildly as they can imagine as to what happened that led to Gray’s death and who is guilty of what.

That fact alone is enough for all the obama minions to agitate for whatever new edicts obama can get away with in his totalitarian march, and in just this one venue to that end, the goal seems to be a Federalized Police Force....for the good of the abused minorities, doncha know.

Final comment: Almost could guarantee that Mosby’s presser was written by the DOJ. It’s worth a listen - 15 min- at the link above.

What the F is misconduct in office? It sounds like we could charge Obama, Reid and RINOs with it.

I’ve been listening to Rush Limbaugh since 1988 when his show went national. Years ago, I met him in person as he waited to board a commercial jet. He’s quite the gentleman.
If someone here knows Rush well, perhaps they can get this message to him as constructive criticism. Rush has a very bad habit, surely inadvertent, of tearing down the right wing by reciting over and over the list of leftist criticisms and attacks about conservatives without stressing a disclaimer that their name calling has no basis in fact. I don’t have recite the left’s bogus litany here. Rush does it frequently. I’m not alone in noticing this. During the Romney campaign, Rush was doing this almost every day, and it drove me up the wall. Another talk show host berated Rush for his habit at that time.

Rush did it again today. Speaking of Ted Cruz’s interview with lib Mark Halperin, Rush said, “The only purpose of the Halperin interview was to expose Cruz as a fraud.” What?

Thanks for the audio. I heard part of WMAL earlier, but the whole presser is enlightening. She’s one of 0bummer’s “community crusaders”; a tool. IMO.

I’ve heard so many opinions from Drs, MEs, former MEs, LEOs etc, and I still have no idea of what really happened, how it happened or who caused it. A jury will have to decide that, based upon facts we don’t have.

Did he get “paddy-wagoned”? No cameras, no record.
What matters to the ferals is that COPS KILLED HIM; nothing else.

This is now all about 0bummer’s “civilian national security force” and further degrading and finally destroying the 2nd Amendment. The dead guy is now a frontman for that; nothing more.

Long, hot summer ahead...

“She’s one of 0bummer’s “community crusaders”; a tool. IMO.”

Yeppers. I expect her to be promoted (like the Balt. mayor) quickly. She is definitely on board the train.

Also, if you have not seen, http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2015/04/30/baltimore-state-attorney-in-charge-of-prosecuting-looters-is-married-to-the-councilman-who-facilitated-the-looting/

They are a pair. Obama adm loves intimate pairs. lol

LOL. Just heard that Mosby’s husband is the likely opposition to run against the current Balt mayor. (both Dems I assume)
Political incest deforms.

“I’ve heard so many opinions from Drs, MEs, former MEs, LEOs etc, and I still have no idea of what really happened, how it happened or who caused it. A jury will have to decide that, based upon facts we don’t have.”

Again, yep. No one does. Much grist for the mill...for evil to ensue...until the trial ends.

“Did he get “paddy-wagoned”? No cameras, no record.”

I don’t know what ‘paddy-wagoned’ means, but no facts of physical abuse-—unless that is that subsequent involvement of other cops presented evidence incriminating to those charged.

I need to listen to Mosby’s presser again, but the only thing I remember her saying is at some time he was shackled by his hands and feet and not seatbelted.

Like I said & you now have heard in the presser, Mosby mentioned the cops not seatbelting him at least 5 times. Big red flag for me as to how flimsy her case is that cops caused his death.

“The dead guy is now a frontman”

True dat.

The mayorette has high political aspirations, and she’s cutting her teeth on this case for nat’l prominence, with 0bummer’s help.

“Paddy wagoned”:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=paddy+wagon

The old story was when the PD transported prisoners, the driver would make fast/sharp turns and throw the prisoners all over the place inside. Like being inside a giant spinning dryer and getting the crap beat out of yourself.

Gray did have a skull injury from an inside “bolt”, I heard reported. Seems the scalp would be damaged and wagon bloody from that; head injuries are always very “colorful”. A pic of the wagon’s inside didn’t look colorful.

Negligence for not belting the prisoner down? Probably, but the charges against 6 cops is BS. City is liable for a fat suit.

My gut feeling: the case goes nowhere, 6 cops’ lives/careers are ruined, city/PD gets sued, big money redistributed, more money thrown at the ghetto, and socialists get another notch on the whip toward a federal-controlled police state.
