There was a little boy in my neighborhood who grew up to be a flamer. He was a swishy thing from early childhood. Was he born that way? Maybe. Maybe not. I do believe that transgender is a mental illness.
How often do you see actual girls act as “girly” as the really “flamboyant” ones? I met a homosexual male who turned the behavior on and off at will.
Sadly, when I meet a homosexual I wonder who abused them during their formative years.
If they were “born that way” then why do the “experts” exclude identical twins from their studies?
I tend to believe a tiny percentage are born gay but most are made.

I have a female cousin who could run faster, throw farther and hit a softball harder than any of the boys in her elementary school classes. She was your classic tomboy. It was obvious from her earliest years that she was wired differently than other girls. She is grown now and an out lesbian. There is no doubt in my mind that she was born that way.
That said, I do think there is a certain percentage of people who voluntarily engage in homosexual behavior because it is deemed fashionable in some circles.

I just remembered there was a girl too, and from a very early age she appeared very masculine. She came out during college. These kids were from normal families and I never heard of any abuse.
