Ted Cruz SLAMS Republican majority in the Senate for allowing Lynch nomination
The Right Scoop ^ | April 23 2015 | Right Scoop

Posted on 04/23/2015 9:26:05 AM PDT by Whenifhow

On the Senate floor a few moments ago, Ted Cruz SLAMMED the new Senate Republican majority for refusing to block Loretta Lynch’s nomination to Attorney General. He said that the Republican majority could continue to block the nomination if they wanted to and it’s something he’s urged them to do do because of her admissions to run the DOJ in a lawless fashion just like Eric Holder. He pointed out that more than a few voters are asking what is the difference between a Republican and Democratic Senate majority when someone promising the exact same lawlessness as Holder will be allowed to get confirmed. He says that’s something each Republican will have to explain to their constituents. He also adds that not a single Republican can vote for such a nomination and be consistent with their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution.

Anyone who votes for Lynch is not only un-American but is ignorant and stupid and immoral.

UNLESS.. the FBI... a fully owned agency of Obama is paying private visits to Congressional members... as goons..

Offering an offer that can NOT be turned down...
i.e. you’ve got a nice little family there be a shame if something happened to them”..

“He said that the Republican majority could continue to block the nomination . . . ‘

Block it? They have a voting majority. They can and should vote her nomination down.

RE:”GOP Senate leader thinking of extending Obamacare funding through 2017.”

This is nothing new, we know they wont shutdown the government again over Obama-care.

2017 there will be another POTUS.
Presumably they will run against Obama-care (except Grahamnesty).

Like my point with immigration, they all need to explain exactly what they will do with those on Obama-care.

And they need some good follow-up questions on it.

Own him if you are republican.

By that logic, you own Angus King.

Congratulations.

Anything you harass others for not supporting, you own.

Everyone on FR that talks about lesser evils and demands that people vote for the liberal (R)... own the liberal (R).

Get used to it.

(from the article ):" .. because of her admissions to run the DOJ in a lawless fashion just like Eric Holder. "

This country is ruled by :"The Rule of Law"
To continue selective enforcement of certain laws, while ignoreing other laws , ..is LAWLESSNESS / no continuity.
To continue with 'Holder in a pant-suit', continues the spirit of lawlessness of this administration.
Who could ever have imagined the change and transition of this country which has occurred over the last 8 years ?
Not me !
Remember when the streets were safe , and you were safe in your own home , and your privacy was respected ?

Nope. The GOP-E owns the liberal politicians it runs. They gave us a liberal politician. Own it.

I'll continue to support conservatives, regardless of party. That's why my effort and my money go to Cruz now, so that the GOP-E and the media don't pick the nominee.

My money and my time go to Cruz now. The GOP-E doesn't get to select the candidate. I know they don't like that. Their agenda shows.

It ain’t my steeenkin party. The uniparty can go to hades.

Sidebar question. What’s going on with the various independence groups in your neck of the woods? Seems like secession is where this is headed. Whether I happen to like it or not.

I opposed ANY liberal, especially republican liberals last time.

I'm doing exactly what I did last time, supporting a conservative. I haven't moved.
