The local Boy Scouts of America organization was hit with a lawsuit this week, after an adult assistant scout master was found to have sexually abused a minor Eagle Scout.

The Boy Scouts get trashed in the court of public opinion if they don't admit gay scout leaders. If they do admit gay scout leaders and those leaders molest the scouts then they get trashed in a real court for a big financial hit. Can't win.
