Opponents have opened up a new front in the fight against a California law allowing transgender students to use public school facilities such as bathrooms, showers and locker rooms that correspond to their gender identities.
Privacy For All, the group targeting Assembly Bill 1266, on Friday submitted a proposed 2016 initiative that would mandate people in government buildings use facilities in accordance with their biological sex. It would allow people who feel their privacy was violated – or who chose not to use a facility because of a violation of the measure – to sue the government or the individual for damages and attorney’s fees.

The big picture is America is a funny place to laugh at. Fruit CEO’s at apple attacking a 30k a year pizzeria, kindergarteners being read books about little girls with boys brains, ROTC wearing heels to protest sexual assault, we are a laughing stock, and it emboldens our enemies. Even I’m beginning to have trouble taking this country seriously or as anything other than a once great nation that will soon fall.

And BTW, wouldn’t it make sense even evolutionary-wise, for straight men to be repulsed by gay men. Evolution is all about nature, well if something is seen as INHERANTLY unnatural wouldn’t the environment respond in a brutal way as scientists tell us nature will always respond that way to abominations.

But I agree it’s become all but impossible to take seriously anymore a country that has plumbed such demented depths. In fact, there’s even a certain element of unburdening liberation in the realization that there’s no longer a country left to feel any connection or allignment with.

yeah and that’s why we keep losing elections. We must forget about the big sweep of electoral votes. The truth is it’s been 27 years since we’ve won decisively. We need to convert 3 percent of the other side. lie about amnesty, I dont care. We should assume that Cruz will stretch the truth and not destroy him because of it. IF we can get 1- percent more Hispanics, make sure evangelicals pour out to the pols, hit white married women HARD about what will happen to heir children under Clinton, then we have a chance. Maybe the old Jewish folk in Florida need to be hit hard with drawings of a nuclear attacked Israel. Young Cubans who have turned away need to reminded of what cuba really is, they are becoming like the ungrateful South Koreans. Is a HUGE push to ask blacks why thy keep voting for the same party if they are doing so awful worth it? I don’t know. It would cost too much to reach out to Asian, who vote democrat but have no reason to do so. The culture gap would make the campaign too expensive in relation to possible votes.
