I’m so glad the MSM is focused on the important issues like homosexual marriage and not silly frivolous things like massive unemployment and underemployment.
Adios, puto!
Bye bye...
Thanks Marlo, that’s all I needed to confirm my decision. See ‘’ya.
I am not a Rubio supporter - he’s too inexperienced, he shows distinct neocon behavior signs, he got rolled by Chuck Schumer, and he’s probably not smart enough (jury is out on that one).
But nobody who wouldn’t answer that question - “would you attend a “gay wedding” - in the affirmative is going to be elected President in 2016, or afterwards. That’s a fact.
America’s been overwhelmed by “nondiscrimination”. That’s a serious, perhaps fatal, collective mistake. But it’s the truth.
Nobody is pro “gay marriage”. It’s what Tom Wolfe called a “social Xray”. It’s a screening test for “discriminators”.And nobody who flunks is going to win.
Liked him on Pro-life, lost me a bit with the amnesty talk, now COMPLETELY lost me for good with this crap.
Will NEVER vote Rubio.
Keep digging, pretty boy.
As a Catholic, which I presume he is, attending a gay “marriage” ceremony is actually a grave sin, as it creates scandal for others who can rightly conclude he tacitly approves of such a union by simply attending. It doesn’t matter if it’s a beloved relative. We are to be witnesses to the Faith, by word AND deed. He would participate in another’s sin by going which is a sin itself.
I too have seen all I need from him. He’s done. Next!!
Wow. I’m really amazed that he would say this. Attending the wedding is condoning their sin.
I think what’s even more amazing is why this is such an important topic. The media glosses over all the real crap that’s going on in this world and is fixated on this homosexual deviance.
Rubio, though not in my top 3, did fine with his answer. But the candidate I am looking for will figure out how to shoot down the left's red herrings and focus on the real problems this country faces. Unless we have a president who will stand up against the very real threats of a floundering economy, illegal immigration and Muslim Extremists, getting married will be the least of the gay community's problems. Hell, it will be the least of Christians' problems as well.
"The APA (American Psychiatric Association) claimed that they made the change because new research showed that most homosexual people were content with their sexual orientation, and that as a group, they appeared to be as well-adjusted as heterosexual people."
Call me "skeptical". Just how "well adjusted" are the average psychiatrist's patients?
Homosexuality stopped being a mental illness not because of any scientific research, but because on April 9, 1974, 5,854 of 17,905 APA members (32.7%) had voted that it wasn't a mental illness..
Okay -- 1.6 percent of adults self-identify as gay or lesbian, and 0.7 percent consider themselves bisexual ... and that is "normal".
I would suggest that there is better evidence of a shortage of English dictionaries and widespread problems with English language comprehension than that here, in the United States, in 2015 gays and lesbians lack any natural, God-given rights.
I love Rush, but he’s lost on this one, mainly because he’s not “saved”. That said, this is why he seems to gravitate to Rubio.
He’s done. He didn’t really have anything going for him except being a conservative Hispanic, and now he’s lost the conservative part of that.
Rubio makes some common sense and clear comments and some of the idjits come out in force. He doesn’t need to be president, but not because of his comments from the article.
> If its somebody in my life that I care for, of course I would,
Wrong answer.
If he’s this mealy-mouthed as a candidate, imagine what a pushover he’d be as a president.
Why would he even get into the weeds on this and answer these questions?Rubio is done. Too easily taken off message.
bump
Looks like he Santorumed....
Amnesty + gay marriage = RINO.
I went to a lesbian wedding.
The Priest cried.
