What Will Bill Clinton Do in the White House? (*Bubba's concubine gets a key?)

**SNIP**

How long Bill's restraint lasts this time is anybody's guess. So far, he is being cautious and, in a burst of humility, is even raising doubts about his own political powers. "I've told Hillary that I don't think I'm good [at campaigning] anymore, because I'm not mad at anybody," he said to Town & Country Magazine recently. "I'm a grandfather, and I got to see my granddaughter last night, and I can't be mad." He said his role in his wife's campaign will be mostly as a "backstage adviser to her until we get much, much closer to the election."

The Clinton's see eye to eye on most issues and both are basically pragmatic liberals. Many Americans remember the Bill Clinton era as one of peace and prosperity, and Hillary will benefit from this connection, although his problem with the Monica Lewinsky sex-and-lies scandal remains an uncomfortable part of history for both of them.

What set Bill Clinton apart in a positive way was his empathy and his ability to persuade everyday people that he understood their problems and worked constantly to help them. Projecting such empathy is one of Hillary Clinton's goals in 2016, her advisers say, but it doesn't come as easily to her as it did to her husband.

I’m sure that Hillary understands the fine Roman art of exile. Bill will be appointed ambassador to Japan. The Japanese understand the needs of the alpha male, and Bill will have his fill of cure Asian women. That will get him out of Hillary’s hair — and sight.

Good Lord he will be 70 when/if he is in the White House. Can you imagine him bothering the clerks and staffers. How gross. It was gross when he was 50 but now at 70 is repulsive. I imagine some women will go gaga over him still.

LOL!! Or maybe this time around in the White House he might even snag an intern who will finish the job rather than spit it out, or have to use a darn sink as a booty call.

Many Americans remember the Bill Clinton era as one of peace and prosperity,

For the youthful among us, this is what really happened:

From Wikipedia;
The Republican Revolution, Revolution of ‘94 or Gingrich Revolution refers to the Republican Party (GOP) success in the 1994 U.S. midterm elections, which resulted in a net gain of 54 seats in the House of Representatives, and a pickup of eight seats in the Senate. The day after the election, Democratic Senator Richard Shelby of Alabama changed parties, becoming a Republican.

Rather than campaigning independently in each district, Republican candidates chose to rally behind a single national program and message fronted by Georgia congressman Newt Gingrich. They alleged Clinton was not the New Democrat he claimed he was during his 1992 campaign, but was a “tax and spend” liberal. The Republicans offered an alternative to Clinton's policies in the form of the Contract with America.

The gains in seats in the mid-term election resulted in the Republicans gaining control of both the House and the Senate in January 1995. Republicans had not held the majority in the House for forty years, since the 83rd Congress (elected in 1952).

Bill’s prostate problems could well limit his activities somewhat or make them painful.

Um... She wanted to finish the job. It was Clinton who wanted some plausible deniability. But was obviously conflicted in the moment, hence sinks and dresses.

Wow! Talk about shilling for Hillary! This article is a grab bag of flaws.

Bill talking about his granddaughter. Is that designed to quell rumors that he isn’t Chelsea’s father?

His “problem” with the Monica Lewinsky scandal? That’s like saying Nixon had a problem with Watergate. Minimize much?

Empathy doesn’t come as easily to Hillary? The understatement of the day.
