Man, he covered a lot of bases there.

Very good response...

What it tells you, is at least on this topic, this guy is a fire in the belly Conservative.

Not since Ronald Reagan have we had one of those.

If he’s this well grounded on one issue, you can bet he is well grounded on others.

His response was right, because this guy’s core values are such that you could probably ask him any question and he’d know instinctively what the proper response would be.

Wow, certainly a guy to watch.

How many times have we see a Republican leader asked a question, and they couldn’t got more than one sentence without veering off course? Go Ted...

He’s fair.

He still doesn’t get the idea (among other things) that a pyramid scheme remains a pyramid scheme no matter how many politicians have promised it to how many people. The libertarians are right about SS. Privatize it, phase it out. There is no way it can be self sustaining with modern demographic expectations.

Nonetheless, I will not be a purist about politicians.

“How many times have we see a Republican leader asked a question, and they couldn’t got more than one sentence without veering off course? “

One of 2 reasons

1) they aren’t articulate enough, and abandon it.

They have something to hide.

Cruz doesn’t appear to have anything to hide, and could
hold his own with any politician in a debate.

That's why his election is so important. He can TEACH. Reagan was great, but I didn't learn very much from him. I learned a lot from Milton Friedman because he was a great teacher. Cruz is equally lucid.

And no teleprompter needed. He says what he means and means what he says.
