Hillary Clinton is planning to officially launch her US presidential campaign on Sunday while en route to Iowa, a source familiar with the campaign has confirmed to the Guardian.

The former secretary of state is scheduled to declare her second run for president on Twitter at noon eastern time on Sunday, the source told the Guardian, followed by a video and email announcement, then a series of conference calls mapping out a blitzkrieg tour beginning in Iowa and looking ahead to more early primary states.

Clinton’s Sunday schedule is booked beginning with takeoff from New York to Iowa, where speculation has centered for weeks that Clinton was focusing attention for an April campaign launch. Her scheduled calls are with advisers in other key battleground states

You can’t say “Hillary” anymore. Just change that to read:
I’m ready for the bitch.....to go to prison

"She’s announcing now to suck all the air out of the room, away from Cruz. She’s worried he’s getting too much press and far too much money. Time to step in and steal the spotlight, she figures."

I agree about Cruz. Rand Paul is also getting press and Rubio is supposed to announce Monday in FL. I think she thught she'd suck the air out of Rubio's announcement on Monday (h/t Citizen Zed), but that may backfire on her.

Interesting to me that Cruz, Rand and now Rubio announced in front of fairly large crowds, yet she's announcing via a tweet - perhaps they were afraid they couldn't even fill a high school gym, and that wouldn't look so good for the Dim "star" presidential hopeful.

Why are Democrats afraid of the Clintons? Why is there nobody else running on the Democrat side?

I'm guessing you know the answer....she didn't spend 8 years in the white house baking cookies. She spent 8 years using government resources digging up dirt on political friends and enemies....

Hillary is an easy take-down.

No need for a lib candidate to get in now. Let Hillary waste her time, and then sometime around December the REAL candidate will jump in.

My bet is Billy is pushing old and decrepit Hillary into the race....she'd rather kickback w/ a fifth of Scotch.

He figures she has to run---b/c the Clintons have made hundreds of promises to get donations to the multi-billion dollar Clinton Foundation.

Thousands of corporate and foreign govts are waiting for payback w/ usurious interest.......as the conniving Clintons plot to hijack yet another govt agency----the US Treasury.

It’s an odd thing she chose Sunday for her announcement, a day for true believers. Her supporters though are “Ready for Hillary” and true believers of the secular kind. People will be thrilled out of their seats for the big announcement!
