How, precisely, have operations been disrupted, if at all. Drawing attention to administrators’ bad conduct should reflect on the administrators rather than the whistle blower.

As for “a hostile environment for members of the university staff”, unless something major was edited out of the film, I’d like to see what exactly this girl did other than let a couple of overpaid university boobs open their mouths and okay an ISIS-related group on campus.
There’s a lot of push back going on there. This just may be the way to expose them and get under their skin. Don’t forget they all have phone numbers and addresses. The last thing they want to do is have to stand up front with their traitor attitudes.

We have always stood back and let them eventually shoot themselves in their feet. Exposing them in public, over and over, nonstop, which is what they have done to us, is only appropriate.

Is there a possibility that those administrators were saying to her face to go ahead and start a pro-ISIL (or is it ISIS?) organization, and then calling campus security as soon as she left?
It is not unheard-of for people to appear to agree with illegal activity as a means of getting law enforcement to conduct an investigation.
I want to know more of the story.
Barry University sides with the ISIS supporting staffer and against the student with a 4.0 GPA and who caught the staffer on video promoting Muslim terrorists who behead Christians.

My assessment of the university admin people I had to deal with in the ‘70’s is they had little education, no employable skills and were probably hired off the welfare roles. I suspect that universities being state agencies that part of their purpose is to provide employment for people who are essentially worthless. My other assessment was that if you divided their weight up at normal levels you’d have enough left over from each two to make a third normal weight employee.
