Trey Gowdy Exposes Hillary Clinton’s Criminal Activity
Freedom Outpost ^ | 3/28/2015 | Onan Coca

Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) who is leading the investigation into the Benghazi fiasco confirmed to America today that Hillary Clinton is indeed a slimy and likely criminal malcontent. It seems that Mrs. Clinton no longer has any of the emails she sent or received during her time as Secretary of State, but don't worry, unlike the folks at the IRS, her computer didn't crash...

No, Hillary lost her emails the good ol' fashioned way. She DELETED them.

ALL OF THEM.

And she did this AFTER the State Department asked her to return all of her work documents, emails and other material.

The lady is dirty.

From the Select Committee's Website:

Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy today issued the following statement regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's response to the committee's subpoena. She failed to produce a single new document and refused to relinquish her server to a neutral, detached third party for an independent review of potential public records:

"After seeking and receiving a two week extension from the Committee, Secretary Clinton failed to provide a single new document to the subpoena issued by the Committee and refused to provide her private server to the Inspector General for the State Department or any other independent arbiter for analysis.

"We learned today, from her attorney, Secretary Clinton unilaterally decided to wipe her server clean and permanently delete all emails from her personal server. While it is not clear precisely when Secretary Clinton decided to permanently delete all emails from her server, it appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the Secretary to return her public record to the Department.

"Not only was the Secretary the sole arbiter of what was a public record, she also summarily decided to delete all emails from her server ensuring no one could check behind her analysis in the public interest."

"In light of the Secretary's unprecedented email arrangement with herself and her decision nearly two years after she left office to permanently delete all emails and because the equities at stake involve not only those of the Select Committee and Congress more broadly, but also those of the American people and their right to the full record of her tenure as secretary of State, we will work with the leadership of the House of Representatives as the Committee considers next steps. But it is clear Congress will need to speak with the former Secretary about her email arrangement and the decision to permanently delete those emails."

While he rummaged through Blumenthal’s e-mail account, “Guccifer” sorted mail sent to Clinton’s hdr22@clintonemail.com address. He then took a screen grab showing more than two dozen e-mails sent over a two-month period ending in mid-February 2013. Along with Valentine’s Day greetings and a mention of Clinton “walking in my neighborhood,” the subject lines of those Blumnethal e-mails include repeated references to “intel” shared with the Secretary of State. Other subject lines refer to “Q you raised” and “got your message a few days ago; I’m around whenev…” A February 17 e-mail included the subject line, “H: fyi, will continue to send relevant intel. Sid.” (4 pages)

Hillary lacks the skills to have done the deletions, much less a real scrubbing, or removal and destruction of the hard drive, by herself. She, probably indirectly through her operatives, ordered someone to do the technical work. Trey Gowdy needs to force Hillary and her crooked lawyer to identify who did this work. Then subpoena that individual for a major grilling in exchange for immunity.

Indeed—Gowdy is just putting on a show for the rubes back home.

People, a lot of them, many at very high levels, need to go to jail.

Until that happens, all this is just a lot of noise.

As a prosecutor he also knows when to take a step back and allow the people handling felony charges to take precedence in their investigation. (Not ever exposing their hand )

Several of those you mentioned also had accounts on her personal server Blumenthal was denied employment by the Obama administration ( they didn’t trust him). so Hill true to her character hired him anyway under the table. Part of why she had her own server was to hide her secret spy network from Obama and company.
Ask yourself why! What was she up too? Friend or foe to we the people?
Why did she feel a government within a government was necessary?

“exposing” and five bucks will get you a mocha latte

Exactly.

The conservative movement has become masterful at investigating and exposing liberal corruption. Unfortunately, that's all that happens.

Hillary should hold a press conference and say, "Yeah I did it! What the F are you gonna do about it?"

Obama could hold a press conference and declare that he is, in fact, a Muslim and was born in Kenya and his entire Presidency is a fraud. Nothing would happen, and hell, he's be re-elected if he ran for a 3rd term.

I don't know if the Republicans are either completely impotent, just don't care, or are in on the act.

http://essential-book.org/books/impeach/#four9.
I stand corrected.

Does Resignation End Impeachment Proceedings?

Not necessarily. Does it sound farfetched for Congress to impeach and try someone who is no longer in office? It has happened! In 1876, Secretary of War General William Belknap, accused of accepting a bribe, resigned just hours before the House was scheduled to consider articles of impeachment. The House went ahead and unanimously impeached him, and by a vote of 37-29 the Senate rejected the argument that Belknap’s resignation should abort the case. The Senate proceeded with the trial, but Belknap was narrowly acquitted. A number of the Senators who voted for acquittal explained that they felt they lacked jurisdiction because of his resignation. (Incidentally, Belknap is the only cabinet member ever impeached.)

By contrast, when in 1926 Illinois District Judge George English, impeached for various acts of wrongdoing, resigned from office six days before the scheduled commencement of his trial in the Senate, the matter was discontinued. The same was true, of course, when Richard Nixon resigned just prior to adoption of articles of impeachment by the House.

The Belknap precedent aside, is there any logic to impeaching and trying an official who is no longer in office? One answer might be the value of establishing a precedent that certain misconduct is (or is not) impeachable. But there’s a more direct, practical reason why Congress might choose to proceed even after a resignation. As we have seen, one potential punishment of impeachment is disqualification from future office. Suppose an embattled president resigned, with an eye towards running in the next election. To preclude this possibility, Congress might choose to go ahead and impeach, try, and convict the President, and disqualify him from holding future office.

Evidence suggests that the Framers of the Constitution concurred in this conclusion — they did not regard resignation as automatically precluding impeachment or conviction.

She probably removed the HDD and replaced with a used one. Forensics could pull deleted files off the platter.

The only way to get by with this...remove the HDD and get rid of it.

there is a ‘ghost’ someone can get to

Well, there is the server on the other side of this. Unless all those who corresponded with her have private servers, much can be retrieved.

We just need to know who they are.

“”was her Majesty not exposed stealing 950 FBI files?””

She never had to answer for that one either.....swept under the rug like all accusations about the Clinton’s crimes.
Like someone asked yesterday on another thread - who DID hire Craig Livingstone? “I don’t know”. “I didn’t do it”. “It wasn’t me”. “It wasn’t me either”.

“”In fact, my name isn’t even Clinton and I’ve never resided in the White House.””
