Trey Gowdy Exposes Hillary Clinton’s Criminal Activity
Freedom Outpost ^ | 3/28/2015 | Onan Coca

Posted on 03/29/2015 11:43:21 AM PDT by HomerBohn

Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) who is leading the investigation into the Benghazi fiasco confirmed to America today that Hillary Clinton is indeed a slimy and likely criminal malcontent. It seems that Mrs. Clinton no longer has any of the emails she sent or received during her time as Secretary of State, but don't worry, unlike the folks at the IRS, her computer didn't crash...

No, Hillary lost her emails the good ol' fashioned way. She DELETED them.

ALL OF THEM.

And she did this AFTER the State Department asked her to return all of her work documents, emails and other material.

The lady is dirty.

From the Select Committee's Website:

Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy today issued the following statement regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's response to the committee's subpoena. She failed to produce a single new document and refused to relinquish her server to a neutral, detached third party for an independent review of potential public records:

"After seeking and receiving a two week extension from the Committee, Secretary Clinton failed to provide a single new document to the subpoena issued by the Committee and refused to provide her private server to the Inspector General for the State Department or any other independent arbiter for analysis.

"We learned today, from her attorney, Secretary Clinton unilaterally decided to wipe her server clean and permanently delete all emails from her personal server. While it is not clear precisely when Secretary Clinton decided to permanently delete all emails from her server, it appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the Secretary to return her public record to the Department.

"Not only was the Secretary the sole arbiter of what was a public record, she also summarily decided to delete all emails from her server ensuring no one could check behind her analysis in the public interest."

"In light of the Secretary's unprecedented email arrangement with herself and her decision nearly two years after she left office to permanently delete all emails and because the equities at stake involve not only those of the Select Committee and Congress more broadly, but also those of the American people and their right to the full record of her tenure as secretary of State, we will work with the leadership of the House of Representatives as the Committee considers next steps. But it is clear Congress will need to speak with the former Secretary about her email arrangement and the decision to permanently delete those emails."

Criminal activity has never interfered with the Clinton success story. #WhiteTrashMatters

Read link at five! Since he sent the four Sid Blumenthal to various media and congressional individuals ( that’s how Gowdy and) Co found out she had a private address — they just didn’t know it was exclusive till right before it was made public )
She’s digging deeper and deeper without knowing how many more Gowdy has gotten from Gussifer Drip drip.——that’s hill peeing her pantsuit

The Assholeciated Press cares...they care enough to scrub the very worst.

In the normless modern world, a criminal, power mad Hillary Clinton is completely bulletproof. The only thing that matters to the far-left media is that THEIR horse wins. Damn the truth, damn the law and damn the Constitution.

Call me when Sandy Burgler is put in stocks.. jailed or even tickled to death..

Washington D.C. has been OWNED for a long time..
It’s not NEW... “the People” don’t REALLY care...
ELSE........................ they would change it..

They haven’t, won’t..... and don’t seem to care.. much..

Could it be THAT we have NOW a federal givernment that corresponds to “the People”.. we are a “family”..

IN THE MAFIA SENSE...

Aren’t there copies of these e-mails in some server
at the State Dept?
She sent them to somebody, which means someone received them.

Agreed. Here's that witch's lair in the woods. They need to find and search it!

I disagree with all of those who are pointing a finger
at Gowdy. As a prosecutor he would love to nail Clinton or,
at least get the truth out about Benghazi. But he is
working against the stalling Rats on his committee, a
stalling and conniving H Clinton, and, especially a MSM
which is anxious to portray Gowdy as a hateful ‘Ken
Starr’ type figure who just wants to retire Hillary. As
long as the media sits on their hands the Rats will feel
no pressure to get to the bottom of this and other BO
administration slime.

In other words, nothing will happen.

Apparently, her closest aides were also using private servers. I have to believe that computer experts can retrieve these somehow. Let’s hope so.

This is egregious, and it may be too much even for the elite totalitarians. If Hitlery can brazenly destroy evidence, even when specifically ordered not to do so, and get away with it, wouldn’t this set an example for the public not to obey orders? I don’t see why not. BJ Clinton did it when he redefined sex.

I don’t think that federal prosecutors would appreciate this example when kangaroo style prosecution by the IRS and other federal agencies yield an outcome of 95+% for the feds. Juries might balk at federal prosecutors (hired guns for the elites) and find “the little guy” defendants not guilty. Of course, the Feds would need to ratchet up the threats against individual jurors or “find” some more “cooperative” jurors.

Maybe time to pressure her aides to tell what they know.

Impeachment and conviction carries two possible punishments: an official can be removed, but anyone can be disqualified from holding any office of trust or profit IN THE FUTURE.

We all know about her lifetime of crimes. Why isn’t she in the federal penitentiary?

She sent them to somebody, which means someone received them.

Exactly!

So why isn't Trey Gowdy issuing subpoenas for Huma Abedin's, Cheryl Mills' and Sidney Blumenthal's computer hard drives?

"we will work with the leadership of the House of Representatives as the Committee considers next steps."

The takeaway from this statement is that, apparently, the House of Representatives HAS 'leadership'.

The law does not apply to Hillary. She is American royalty, and therefore above the law.

If you were Hillary, would you worry? I wouldn’t. Its all a pathetic sideshow; nothing but political theater. She’ll simply ignore the circus and the silly clowns running around in it.
