In another email-related bombshell, Hillary Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, has told the House Select Committee on Benghazi that all emails have been deleted from Hillary’s private email server:

A judge allows a home search. That should be next. It should have been done right away.
Spoliation. To me what she did was destruction of evidence while cognizant of existing and intended legal action. She shouldn’t be running for President; she should be fleeing the country to somewhere she can’t be extradited.

Where is the LAW that would apply to you and me? I would be in handcuffs...she should be in handcuffs! I’m beginning to wonder why I am so careful to obey the law when “those who can’t be named” totally disregard the SAME laws.

Hillary can get away with destruction of evidence. However, you or I try to do that, and see what would happen. The same way she pocketed $100k by reading the WSJ and playing cattle futures; whitewater extortion, etc. A rap sheet spanning 20 years!
What happens if one of the emails (on a recipient’s server) that is relevant, but was not turned over, surfaces? Nothing, apparently, because Hillary is above the law!
Sys admin types have traced the server to a NYC location, likely in a bldg/office controlled by the Clinton Foundation criminal enterprise. Deleted is not the same as erased. And David “Toilet Brush” Kendall specified only the email associated with one of Hitlery’s many addresses as having been deleted.
I’m shocked, I tell you! shocked!
Somebody needs to write a musical about a fictitious place where lost records magically reappear once the statute of limitations has run out.
She must be distraught, I’m sure. /snort
Right, deleted is not the same as erased. But, on the heels of an investigation, how much longer before the server crashes and is destroyed? The evidence should be seized immediately!
The difference between this situation with Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, and María Eva Duarte de Perón of Argentina, is that Evita had the grace to die before these kinds of revelations came out.
The seriousness of the charge is what should be considered here. And yes, there may have been an Arkancide or two along the way, with a load of compromising on the road to the horizon.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee announced on Thursday night that hundreds of former IRS official Lois Lerner’s previously “lost” backup tapes have been recovered, which could result in the recovery of a new trove of her emails.
IRS Deputy Inspector General Timothy P. Camus told Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) on Thursday that it took investigators just two weeks to recover 424 backup tapes that were previously said to be unretrievable
If this story is true then she has broken yet another law.
The ruling elite are above the law, the law is only for us little people.
We are nothing but slaves to the collective.
This should be an embarrassment to all Democrats. They’d be wise to give her the hook.
It is clear Hillary Clinton has something to hide, this erasure is a crime, and may even provide a legal distinction, such that other computers and servers may now be seized.
If those communicating with her had spam protection, for example, then these emails are on multiple servers, and may be recovered. Just cleansing her server does not eliminate them.
Hackers?
The incriminating e mails are locked up within the State Department accounts of the receivers. One or two disgruntled bureaucrats has access to their own e mails and can easily leak them.
Less than five such Hillary e mails from with in the State Department or other Government agency or from foreign diplomats should do the bitch in
