Spoliation. To me what she did was destruction of evidence while cognizant of existing and intended legal action. She shouldn’t be running for President; she should be fleeing the country to somewhere she can’t be extradited.

Hillary can get away with destruction of evidence. However, you or I try to do that, and see what would happen. The same way she pocketed $100k by reading the WSJ and playing cattle futures; whitewater extortion, etc. A rap sheet spanning 20 years!

What happens if one of the emails (on a recipient’s server) that is relevant, but was not turned over, surfaces? Nothing, apparently, because Hillary is above the law!

This should be an embarrassment to all Democrats. They’d be wise to give her the hook.

It is clear Hillary Clinton has something to hide, this erasure is a crime, and may even provide a legal distinction, such that other computers and servers may now be seized.

If those communicating with her had spam protection, for example, then these emails are on multiple servers, and may be recovered. Just cleansing her server does not eliminate them.
