Right, deleted is not the same as erased. But, on the heels of an investigation, how much longer before the server crashes and is destroyed? The evidence should be seized immediately!

Agree, but the Obama/Holder DOJ will do nothing. Congress has the authority to subpoena physical evidence, but the RINO Rovian GOPe majority are craven cowards. IOW, the American people are screwed.

The server's hard drive was destroyed a long time ago, I'm sure once she/staff culled 30,000 non-suspicous emails from the server, the hard drive(s) was pulled, destroyed and the server re-initialized with a new HD.
