Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the U.S. soldier who was recovered in Afghanistan last spring after five years in captivity, faces charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, according to his lawyer.

Good. I must say I’m surprised. I thought he’d be cleared since the betrayer-in-chief paid such a high ransom for him. I figured they wouldn’t want the WH embarrassed and would just show Bergdahl did nothing wrong.

Don't underestimate that word “Misbehavior” and what it really covers. I heard some one talk about this earlier today...and this covers even the most despicable behavior.....they aren't going to reveal the specifics at this time for obvious reasons.

Yes! Obama did this because he hasn’t been able to close Gitmo so he’s simply using any means to clear these thugs out to satisfy his Muslim friends and his base, who wanted to see it closed.
