Police describe the suspect, Edgard Anziani, as a Hispanic male, about 6 feet 1 inches tall, 175 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and possibly four tattoos. He is a citizen of the Dominican Republic and a permanent resident of the United States. He is known to be violent, according to the FBI. Police said Anziani killed the child on Tuesday in Bangor, Maine. A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his capture.
