I bring my own cup with me, and pour the Dark Roast into it before drinking. I pour it from a height, so it gets just the right amount of aeration ...like an elegant coffee server in the old world.

Under a canvas umbrella, with my dawg at my feet, in the tropical breeze.

Who could ask for anything more?

Today is supposed to be the first day of Spring, but Mom claims that there is still 9ft of snow piled up outside.

I know they recently got 3 1/2 ft. in one week. It was bad in the 60’s and 70’s, but never this bad.I hope your mom manages to hang in there without too much of a problem.

Well, my sister lives upstairs, and she has been carting for Mom but she was just rushed to the hospital with a gall bladder that almost killed her.

She’s recovering now, but ...YIKES.

I’ve never been to a starbucks, but it might be fun to go in one and not order anything, Just tell them you are there to talk about race.

‘What are your views on all the illegals pouring over the border?’

‘Did your family own any slaves? Mine did, want to see pictures of them?’

‘Do you date other races? I like to know things like that in advance.’

Lots of options for conversation.

if your family goes back over a hundred years say, ‘all blacks/Immigrants should go back where they came from’.

When they freak out just say ‘ how dare....you I am NATIVE AMERICAN’

You will probably get that person fired or free coffee for life.

I would sue them for false advertising if they kicked me out for having a conversation about race. They advertised that as what they want, kicking me out for it might even be a civil rights violation.
