If they can get a failed drug test even if it's a false positive they get to keep the money (like civil asset forfeiture), and it will be your responsibility to take them to court and prove them wrong to get it back.

It’s is banging your head against a brick wall to convince any one to give up nasty habits and I include cigs in that category waste of money. He is single and a workaholic. He has every thing he needs or wants. Lives simple. Likes it that way. Saw all his buddies marry and divorce and the complications of it.
There are plenty of 60+ yr old’s still smoking weed and cigs. Who said they’d give the cigs up when they reached $2 a pack. Well they are $7+ now. And only the ones who have heart issues or lung have given that habit up. Just giving the government more money in taxes. And they do know better.
