We are your fellow sinners and no better than you. We know this. We are saved from eternal torment, self-wrought, by the grace of Christ alone. If you are an unrepentant, out and proud homosexual practitioner, then you are not. It is our deepest prayer that you, too, will accept the free gift of eternal salvation, repent and go and sin no more.
The alternative is a living hell.
Let us be direct. According to the unequivocal moral precepts of biblical Christianity, explicit throughout both the Old and New Testaments, your homosexual behavior is sin. Sin is evil. Homosexual behavior is the central, defining characteristic of your counterfeit gay marriage. Therefore, gay marriage is evil. Christians are obligated to avoid sin to do no evil. Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality. (1 Corinthians 6:9).
It really is that simple. This is why, as faithful Christians (apostate Christians notwithstanding), we will never have anything whatsoever to do with your pagan, sin-based same-sex wedding rituals.
We will not bake your fake wedding cake.
We will not arrange your fake wedding flowers.
We will not take your fake wedding pictures.
We will not host your fake wedding reception.
We will not do these things because to do these things is to disobey God. It is to aid you in your sin, to cause you to stumble, which, in and of itself, is to layer sin upon sin. It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble (Luke 17:2).

Indeed. That is the point I was trying to make.
I have been teaching for 15 years. For ten of those years, I taught the two daughters of a woman who had a female “roommate”. I knew in my heart they were lesbians, but I never denied them service. I played for a number of Birthday Parties and other celebrations for them. They know I am a Christian. I unabashedly share my love of Jesus with them and their children.
Recently, my state legalized same-sex unions. I heard through a third party that they quietly went to city hall and tied the knot.
I struggled for a few days wondering if they were going to have a reception and want to hire me. But as I am retired now, widowed, and sold my equipment to survive, it never came to pass.
These were people who did not use the issue to harm somebody, but there are many more who don’t care who they destroy in order to further the agenda.
I would encourage you to review the parable of the Scorpion and the Hare. In your enthusiastic submission to their agenda you not only betray your Christian principles but you embolden those who seek the destruction of those principles.

I have. I wonder if God sees any difference in me hosting a Hindu wedding reception, or a pagan gothic godless reception, or a Muslim reception, or an African tribal like reception. Because, I have done these in the past and none of them will inherit the kingdom of God. And, I never witnessed Christ to any of them.
The states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect LGBT rights. So when pro-gay activist state and federal officials use pro-gay state policies to trump constitutionally enumerated rights like 1st Amendment-protected religious expression, then such states are in violation of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment (14A) imo. Section 1 of 14A prohibits the states from unreasonably abridging constitutionally enumerated rights.
14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The fact that they don’t, that they want to drive them to ruin, show their own intolerance.

Yours may well be the right response. There’s all kinds of things Christians have to do in their jobs that might help someone else sin. For instance, a Christian mail carrier has to deliver all of the mail, even though some of it might be pornography. A Christian taxi driver has to take customers wherever they want to go, even if it’s to a gay bar, the home of someone they’re committing adultery with, or whatever. Working a gay wedding might be different; it might be more like a stamp of approval. I’m just not sure what God would have us do in every case.

Only slightly, and often its the arrogance of the ‘saved’ that pretty much makes them worse than the unsaved, because the attitude drives people away from Christ.

They way to deal with these people who insist that you provide a service is to tell them that the fees they pay will be donated to an anti-gay wedding organization. That might dissuade them.

Yep. We know young hetersexual males are beginning to avoid marriage. How much of that is due to what was once the honor of being a husband and father is now a cultural joke?

No, they know exactly where I stand. And where my Savior stands because I tell them in a loving way. It’s His job to convict and change hearts. It’s my job to show them Christ’s love. What do you do for a living?
