So the Obama Whitehouse and State Department are supposedly negotiating an agreement with Iran that allegedly gives Iran tacit U.S. approval to design, test and field a nuclear arsenal.
Who knows what other gifts-concessions Obama (the stealth Islamic iman) will attempt to give Iran via this agreement.
My question is: Doesn't the Constitution require that this agreement (treaty) be voted on and ratified (approved) by the U.S. Senate ?
If so, then it's politically simple work for the U.S. Senate to just say "hell no" to Emperor Obama.
Is this analysis correct ?

The US Constitution, according to the EXEMPT Congress,
does not apply to Moslem Indonesians who are impostor
pRes_ _ents if they help al Qaeda/NaziMoslemBrotherhood.
In that case, the EXEMPT Congress, grovels on its
knees for the impostor against the American People.
Last time I checked an agreement between two nations is a treaty
You are correct.
It is politically simple work for the U.S. Senate to just say “Hell NO” to Emperor Obama and Iran.
That is if enough Senators had the “Stones” to do it.
It’s kinda cute that people still think the government operates this way.
A small self-sustaining farm far from any city or military installation —with its own water supply and plenty of firewood.
Maybe a big solar panel to power a refrigerator and satellite internet.
Chickens. Goats. Maybe some horses too.
And large underground space where you and your livestock can shelter for about three months while the fallout is at its worst.
Have these and the future may hold hope.
There is very little the Senate can do to prevent POSOTUS from ignoring there is no treaty and treating it as if it were in force. i.e. the end of dayers get their means to make it happen.
That's the way things are supposed to work. But we no longer operate under the Rule of Law. I suspect that Obama will not call the agreement a Treaty. Instead he will call it a Memorandum of Understanding, or some such thing.
Who would do anything to stop that? Rush would complain, and that's about it.
No way will any of Obama’s agreements with Iran be ratified by Congress
The treaty won’t be ratified. But O will order his agencies to behave as if the treaty was in force. Meaning, we will end sanctions. We will ignore their nuclear program. We will encourage them to be the “stabilizing” force in the middle east and south asia.
No one will stop him. Which means that no one will stop them.
Not satisified with ruining US law and order, Obama sets sights on international law.
Treaties aren’t ratified anymore. The president simply enters into an agreement and it is enforced by executive orders. Congress is irrelevant. Didn’t you get the memo?
Iran’s nuke buildup: the bipartisan political game of hot potato for decades. I posted hundreds of articles on Iran long ago and don’t forget the majority anti-defense responses.
Do you think Obama cares? He's got a pen and a phone. Didn't you get the memo?
Obama has an 8 year waiver from the Constitution. Sorry.
The Senate can refuse to ratify so that it doesn’t become US law. But it takes Obama to actually do something to stop Iran’s program. So the treaty can become null and void but Iran will still have 2 years to do whatever they want with no interference from Obama.
