The US Constitution, according to the EXEMPT Congress,
does not apply to Moslem Indonesians who are impostor
pRes_ _ents if they help al Qaeda/NaziMoslemBrotherhood.

In that case, the EXEMPT Congress, grovels on its
knees for the impostor against the American People.

You are correct.

It is politically simple work for the U.S. Senate to just say “Hell NO” to Emperor Obama and Iran.

That is if enough Senators had the “Stones” to do it.

It’s kinda cute that people still think the government operates this way.

A small self-sustaining farm far from any city or military installation —with its own water supply and plenty of firewood.

Maybe a big solar panel to power a refrigerator and satellite internet.

Chickens. Goats. Maybe some horses too.

And large underground space where you and your livestock can shelter for about three months while the fallout is at its worst.

Have these and the future may hold hope.

No way will any of Obama’s agreements with Iran be ratified by Congress

The treaty won’t be ratified. But O will order his agencies to behave as if the treaty was in force. Meaning, we will end sanctions. We will ignore their nuclear program. We will encourage them to be the “stabilizing” force in the middle east and south asia.

No one will stop him. Which means that no one will stop them.

Treaties aren’t ratified anymore. The president simply enters into an agreement and it is enforced by executive orders. Congress is irrelevant. Didn’t you get the memo?

Iran’s nuke buildup: the bipartisan political game of hot potato for decades. I posted hundreds of articles on Iran long ago and don’t forget the majority anti-defense responses.

The Senate can refuse to ratify so that it doesn’t become US law. But it takes Obama to actually do something to stop Iran’s program. So the treaty can become null and void but Iran will still have 2 years to do whatever they want with no interference from Obama.

I want to see the end of this in at least one political party, on the record, with votes, before the election. Bomb Iran!

Commencement Address at Boston College (Secretary Condoleezza Rice, Boston, Massachusetts, May 22, 2006. US Department of State)

Excerpts:

As a student of a Catholic high school, the Sisters of Loretta taught me, I am pleased to be at an institution of higher education with such strong and celebrated Catholic and Jesuit traditions . . . You see, I got my Master's Degree at Notre Dame. (Boos.) I acquired a passion for the fighting Irish . . . and my family has been college educated and Presbyterian ever since. (Laughter and applause.) . . . I wandered into a course on international politics taught by a Czech refugee who specialized in Soviet studies, a man who had a daughter by the name of Madeleine Albright. With that one class, I was hooked. I discovered that my passion was Russia and all things Russian.

When Iran, possibly Russia and other Islamo-fascist armies do that, I pray that every good real citizen of Israel (the only chosen ones) will be safe and out of harm's way (and no one else). Who here knows what will happen right afterward? And who wants to scoff about it? Go right ahead. Scoff.

The Sultan may well not even present the deal to the Senate for ratification. He can just call it an executive memo and then order the entire bureaucracy to follow the terms of the deal. If He has control of the military aspects of it without the Senate and he is in a position now that he can unilaterally enforce the finance and trade sections regardless of the wishes of the republicans. Boehner and that other Democrat minion who leads the Republicans in the Senate will vote him anything he needs for the deal because they don’t want to be the ones to shut down the Flea and Pest Control Agency.

They have to vote to reject it so it is not implemented even though it is not a ratified treaty.
