All have vices and virtues in various degrees. A ranking game like this is likely to be misleading.

Looks to be fairly accurate.

I am a bit surprised that Kentucky is rated that bad.

the only to do something like this is expose a model that allows someone to input what things are important to them into the model - public schools, % christian, % conservative, taxes, temperatures, elevations, beaches, mountains, desert, etc

Florida is a mixed bag, due mainly to the phony War On Drugs. Down here in the Fort Lauderdale area, rude cops are always performing illegal searches without probable cause and bullying citizens. Aside from that, we’re a pretty libertarian state, “shall issue” on concealed carry, and so on.

The federal government, state democrats and RINOs, and northern lefties who move to Florida and immediately try to reconstruct the cesspit they just escaped from have done a lot of damage to Florida in the last generation or two.

But it is still head and shoulders above the high tax Nanny States.

FLORIDA: "30 in healthcare freedom"

That is an insane ranking.

i would wager that Florida has far more healthcare options than most other states.

Partially because of the retirement population healthcare is a huge industry in the state.
