Walker Says He Is Unaware Whether Obama Is a Christian
The Washington Post ^ | Saturday, February 21, 2015 | Dan Balz and Robert Costa

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a prospective Republican presidential contender, said Saturday he does not know whether President Obama is a Christian.

“I don’t know,” Walker said in an interview at the JW Marriott hotel in Washington, where he was attending the winter meeting of the National Governors Association.

Told that Obama has frequently spoken publicly about his Christian faith, Walker maintained that he was not aware of the president’s religion.

“I’ve actually never talked about it or I haven’t read about that,” Walker said, his voice calm and firm. “I’ve never asked him that,” he added. “You’ve asked me to make statements about people that I haven’t had a conversation with about that. How [could] I say if I know either of you are a Christian?”

Walker said such questions from reporters are reflective of a broader problem in the nation’s political-media culture, which he described as fixated on issues that are not relevant to most Americans.

“To me this is a classic example of why people hate Washington and increasingly they dislike the press,” he said. “The things they care about don’t even remotely come close to what you’re asking about.”

Walker said he did not believe that most Americans care about such matters.“People in the media will [judge], not everyday people,” he said. “I would defy you to come to Wisconsin. You could ask 100 people, and not one of them would say that this is a significant issue.”

After the interview was completed, Walker spokeswoman Jocelyn Webster telephoned The Post to say the governor was trying to make a point of principle by not answering such kinds of questions, not trying to cast doubt on Obama’s faith.

“Of course the governor thinks the president is a Christian,” she said.“He thinks these kinds of gotcha questions distract from...

If the sweetest sound on earth is the Muslim call to prayer, it is certain that BO does not serve the living, true God.

Why is the question even necessary to aks?

The same reason the media will ask Republican candidates about evolution or the age of the earth (and the same reason they won't ask Democrats about partial-birth abortion). It's a strategy to make these candidates look "extreme" to swing-voters who don't pay much attention to politics.

Come to Tennessee or Alabama or South Carolina or Iowa or Louisiana and those numbers would be different.

Walker doesn’t know if Obama is Christian (I’m pretty sure O’s atheist btw).

Obama think ISIS isn’t ISLAMIC.

Obama may claim to be a Christian but his actions say different.
Would a Christian use the govt to force Christians to pay for abortion? No.

Walker — “I don’t know [if he’s Christian]...I’ve actually never talked about it or I haven’t read about that. I’ve never asked him that.”

Walker spokeswoman Jocelyn Webster —“Of course the governor thinks the president is a Christian.”

Well, isn’t it nice of Webster to put word in the governor’s mouth! She thinks she knows how to spin her boss for a better image. Sounds like she needs a goof firing.

What does whether Walker thinks Obama is a Christian have to do the important issues? Does the media even know Obama is not running?

Obama is a communist. Communists have no need for religion, or history for that matter.

A quick google search found this...

http://infidelsarecool.com/2008/04/jeremiah-wright-former-muslim/

From the article.....

But Wright was a former Muslim and black nationalist who had studied at Howard and Chicago, and Trinity’s guiding principles–what the church calls the “Black Value System”–included a “Disavowal of the Pursuit of Middleclassness.’”

and

So the question is, why hasn’t anyone mentioned the fact that he’s a former Muslim? Could this be why Obama’s church posted a Hamas manifesto in the Trinity Church program last year? It obviously explains Wright’s affinity with Louis Farrakhan. It also explains more why Rev. Wright got his Masters degree in “Islam in West Africa”

It’s not possible to be unaware of whether or not obama is a Christian.

You can assess or judge Christianity by its fruits.

Pro-abortion, pro-homosexual people CAN NOT be Christians.

Mr Obama are you a Christian?

Obama would never dignify that question with a response.. What? Why?

Obama himself said “my Muslim faith”, and had to be corrected by the interviewer, George Stephanopolous. It’s not exactly a secret.

Mr Obama, repeat after me “I am not a Muslim. I could be a Muslim but I chose not to be as Muslim. If I was raised as a Muslim I am not Muslim. “

Told that Obama has frequently spoken publicly about his Christian faith, Walker maintained that he was not aware of the president’s religion.

And yet they accepted it when Obama said he didn't know about Jeremiah Wright's sermons after sitting in his church for 20 years.
