We now know why it appears that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appeared to fall asleep during President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address last month – she was drinking beforehand.

Ginsburg was the commie commencement speaker at my oldest's Northwestern University graduation.
Rather than listen to the slobbering ACLU idiot I had the earphones of my 1/4 speed Walkman style tape player providing me the alternative of listening to Rush Limbaugh radio shows taped while I was at work on the 1/4 speed ReelTalk radio/recorder that used to advertize on Rush's TV show (in the era before Rush 24/7 and iPods).
