British citizens think worse of Israel than they do about any other non-European country except for North Korea, a British survey published this week found.
Answering the question "Which of the following do you feel especially unfavorable toward?" 35 percent named Israel – scoring two points worse than Iran, the poll found.
With 47 percent, North Korea won the worst score, the Chathan House-YouGov poll found.

It is disturbing that such a high proportion of Britons would find Israel (or Jews for that matter) unfavorable when compared to any collection of nations, and I don’t doubt that anti-Semitism is indeed on the rise in Europe and elsewhere.
I do hold suspect conclusions drawn from surveys where respondents are given a limited number of, and often false, options to choose from.
You do raise an additional point; what percent of the British population is Islamic, and what what percent of the respondents to the survey were Islamic? Yes I realize that one doesn’t need to be a Moslem to be anti-Semitic.

Speaking for myself and my family, there is a third way. They study history and respect the principles denoted in the Constitution. We have neither assimilated nor are particularly religious. But we are staunchly conservative. I know many Jews of like mind. The MSM doesn't like to talk about us -- doesn't fit the paradigm you know-- but we are out there... and growing in number.
Statistically, you a very unlikely to have many Jewish descendants if you remain in America. Actually, there is a third way: Israel.

The United States if continuing on it's current course uncorrected stands to face the same fate. Make no mistake nor be deceived as to the dangers we are under. Our current administration is a very pro-islamic one.
Good point. At least Europe and the UK might serve to give us warning. It’s too late for formerly great Britain, I am afraid.

But they transfer their internalized guilt to Israel. That is how the “New Left” teaches hatred of Israel, but re-imagining it as a colonialist enterprise. The old communist left has been at war with Israel and Zionism for over a century. The Old Right in Britain teaches hatred of Israel due to a perverse set of grievances. They hate Israel more than any other former colony or are controlled by Britain. The liberation campaign by Zionists is uniquely hated in vociferousness. Many have not reconciled themselves to modernity and blaming Jews is easy. Others despise the left, which has many Jews, holding Israel accountable for any and all Jews, even atheists, unable to comprehend that the left hates Israel.

Agreed but America has no history of mass expulsion, at least, not yet.
