Police in Florida say they are looking for a thief who could be throwing the ultimate tailgate party with $4,000 worth of stolen chicken, ribs, fries and wings.
Police were dispatched to a burglary last Wednesday at Jerome Brown BBQ restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida.
An investigation revealed that an unknown suspect, caught on surveillance camera, had gained entry into the business by prying open the side door, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office stated on its website. The meat and an empty cash register worth $5,000 were taken, according to the police report obtained by ABC News, while the damage to the door frame is valued at $200.
The image released by the police shows a man wearing a skip [sp?] cap and a sweatshirt.

Y’know, I gotta say, I like this guy’s style!
Well, if you are going to steal, steal something worthwhile I always say (I have never said that, but it seemed appropriate). LOL!!
Al Sharptongue got his munchies on?
Mmmmmm. BBQ .......
I was only half watching but there was a report on the Panama City news yesterday that some guy had made off with something like $200,000 worth of high dollar shades. Maybe they said $2,000 but it sure sounded like the higher amount.
“So, there I was, I grabbed the wings, man, and then I looked around, and I saw some ribs. I said, should I take the ribs? I said damn straight! Then I turned a corner and I saw some fries. I said, you want fries with that? You know it, brother! Then I just high-tailed it out of there!”
IMAGINE.. BBQ ... SO GOOD...... it’s worthy of stealing it!!!.. by burglary..
Once cut with ranch dressing and ketchup the take will have a street value of $10,000.00
What? No bbq sauce?
I want my ribs and fries swimming in the stuff

lol
Guessing that’s EXACTLY how it went! Good call, sir!
Jameis Winston?
Before I pass judgement, I need to know what sauce style it was.
Interesting. Like I said, I wasn’t paying too close attention but I thought they said it was in Walton County, FL.
Maybe another burglary or maybe the same thief at two places.
If the ribs were a good Memphis vinegar dry rub, how could he help himself? N O cent!
Smoked Brisket. Chipotle wings. Pulled pork. I’m already slobbering—for justice!
No BBQ. No peace.
Personally, I like the thick Kansas City type, Memphis semi-thick with more vinegar, and the spicier Texas styles. Regardless, I add hot sauce to all types. I’m not that fond of that thin Carolina style but on some pulled pork I won’t turn it down.
