I will particularly enjoy watching the gnashing of teeth when the gays are subject to the same laws and regulations that make marriage such a crap deal in today’s court structure and divorce culture.
The big winners in this are the divorce attorneys.
Yes. The court will rule that there is a constitutional right to homosexual marriage, and impose that opinion on all 50 states. The battle over homosexual marriage is almost over regarding our civil laws. Next up will be lawsuits to force churches to perform homosexual marriages. And, lawsuits to force polygamy and group marriage are on the horizon.
