.... I am always amused by people that view ownership of an item with being a criminal entity. Those same people look at the NRA pretty much as a criminal organization because they actually believe that the NRA (National Rifle Association) condones and is the gateway organization for the aftermath of carnage brought about by Guns and Rifles.

Insomnia. I would think they would want him to spend the night to see his sleep habits.
If someone has insomnia of such duration and severity as to seek treatment for it, it’s natural that he may be mildly depressed. He’s a little depressed that he can’t sleep!
People often don't realize how important sleep is to your mental and physical health.
Get the sleep issue resolved and most of the other problems will go away.
If they decided they don't like you, they can just dredge up one of those crimes and charge you for it.
