Death penalty states unmoved by botched execution

I don’t see how it is a botched execution if the person convicted and sentenced to death is dead at the end of the execution. a botched execution would be if we discover days later he did not die but is recovering at a hospital after the state attempted to execute him.

Almost any major caliber loaded backwards will launch a wad out of ones hide. Soft point round nose might do better. A twelve gauge foster slug makes a big nasty hole all the way through.

I’m thinking for a filthy POS like this, use a 12 gauge slug, gut shoot him and let him die slowly without medical attention. Might want to defile him while he dies too.

I much prefer the “5 min. alone with friends and family” method where anything goes and immunity for the survivors. Televised. That would deter a lot of violent crime in America.
