Breitbart ^

Just one day before President Obama announced sweeping changes that would allow potential American investment in Cuba, the Cuban government apparently had begun preparing itself by announcing new measures that would allow Cubans who work for foreign companies to keep only 8% of their salaries.

In an official announcement in state newspaper Granma, government officials announced a system in which employees who work for corporations with foreign capital will be paid two Cuban Pesos for every Convertible Cuban Peso (CUC) the corporation actually pays them. The Convertible Peso (CUP) is almost exclusively for the use of tourists and is of significantly greater value; one CUC is the equivalent of an American dollar and the equivalent of 26.5 CUPs. The other 24 CUPs Cuban workers will not receive amount to 92% of their salaries.

Castro has been doing this for years. No unions allowed and they still steal from the workers. Those doctors in Africa were a source of cash for Cuba.

Cuba has also become a sex vacation destination. And they complained about Bautista!

This is communism. 0 loves communism.

Under communism, you don’t get to keep your pay. The government is the only employer.

Obama loves Castro, and will ignore his atrocities. This is the same willful blindness that the Left showered on the Soviets.

Castro is a gangster who steals from people. He is no statesman. This is what they do.

Why were’nt these negotiations in public?

We could have easily said, allow a vote, open the internet, free political prisoners, return property, and we will open the border. Let America and the world understand what a totalitarian tyrant Castro is.

But Obama gives first, and gets nothing in return. It is like playing checkers with a four year old.

Now the media will be silent on Castro’s atrocities, and his daily theft of the souls of Cuban citizens.

Behind Obama’s unconditional surrender to the Castro’s brothers, is the plot to make the American taxpayers liable for whatever we sell to Cuba. The end of the embargo is their goal. "Because of something called the Export- Import Bank there's no risk whatsoever in exporting to bankrupt, murderous and kleptocratic regimes- worse there' no incentive for the kleptocrats to clean up their act, as would happen under a genuine free-market. Also the World, financed 80% by the American taxpayers will open their vaults to be freely looted by the Castro brothers."

Castro helped to bankrupt the Soviet Union, Obama before leaving want to complete the destruction of United States.

AMERICANS BEWARE! In the commercial and political relations of the Cuban regime and the U.S. there are several priorities to be concerned with.

1st. Cuba has defaulted in all his international financial deals and Castro encourages other Third World nations to follow his example. Why are we going to sell to someone without the expectation to ever be pay. The American taxpayers should be aware that they are the targets of the scam by which the multinationals sell to Castro whatever he needs and we, the taxpayers, end footing the bill. Castro for 42 years has been with commercial ties with over 150 nations. Now when he has exhausted the patience of nations fool enough to have given him credit, Castro’s puppets in the media, the congress in cahoots with some greedy commercial circles are trying that the American taxpayers shoulder the heavy burden of subsidizing his regime to the tune of 9 billions dollars.

2nd. The American companies can not made legally business with Cuba without violating several American laws.

A.- Trading with the Enemy Act.

B.- U.S. Commercial Embargo Against Cuba.

C.- Helms- Burton Law.

D.- Involvement in bribes in commercial dealings with another nation.

E.- Involvement in slave labor of foreign workers in connivance with the local authorities.

3rd. Cuba is, and has been a terrorist state for 54 years, and counts with advanced chemical, biological and cyber warfare capabilities aimed against our country. The cooperation between the Cuban regime with Iraq and Iran in the chemical and biological research is well known. A few months before the September 11 attack Castro affirmed at the University of Tehran that their cooperation would put the U.S. down to its knees. Castro once tried to nuke our cities and he has the means and the will to fulfill his dream of destroying our country. If we are involved in a worldwide war against terrorism, Cuba at 90 miles from our coasts should be a prime target in that war; so, those involved in appeasement policies towards Castro and in the promotion of the lifting of the commercial embargo against Cuba are in fact aiding and abetting our worst enemy.

The British intelligence recently made public the relationship between Castro and the terrorist guerrillas of Colombia, IRA, and Chilean terrorists. The socialist administration in Chile has expressed their deepest concern to Castro. The Cuban dictator, as usual, disregarded Chile's official inquiry into the matter and denied that any of those Chilean terrorists had ever been in Cuba, although there are phone calls that were intercepted between them while in Cuba and their relatives in Chile.

We have to wander why Obama unconditionally surrendered to the Cuban Communist thugs endangering the security of the U.S.?

Taxing salaries higher on domestic workers working with foreign companies isn’t new. It’s wrong, but it’s not new.

Not surprised communist Cuba would do this.

Obama is green (red on the inside) with envy. He can only “pocket” high-earner’s fees, and that indirectly, thru the tax code.

“According to Rep. Flake, only by the contact with the American tourists, the virus of democracy and freedom can be transmitted.”
50 years of training the Cubans to hate the US isn’t going to change anything. Hatred is what motivates the Cubans to sacrifice for the ‘common good’. The regime cannot afford to give up the emotional control of the people.
